First of all, thank you for choosing us! We thank you for your business. Now to the processing time... This can fluctuate throughout the year based on demand. For current processing time, please check our store announcement or your order confirmation email.

Don't panic! All of our items are custom made to order and require a processing time to get supplies and create your item(s). If we have not created your item(s) yet, we will normally be able to change your custom details. If there is any additional charge, we will simply invoice you for the difference in price.

HELP! I want to place a large order and need to speak with someone.

We would love to help! Due to our many variations and large product catalog, we conduct all communication online. This allows us to look back at any custom details you might have mentioned before placing the order. We know this might take longer than a phone call, however it ensures we can create your items exactly as you wish. Please simply message us and we will get back to you shortly.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer rush shipping. Shipping carriers are unpredictable at this time and we wouldn't want to promise something that we cant guarantee.

Where is my order shipping from?

We are located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The wedding capital of the world! Among other things :) Although we source materials from all around the world, your item(s) will be custom hand made to order right here in the USA!
